Sara is a 13th generation Cape Codder, with family in the real estate business since 1952. She became a licensed Realtor in Massachusetts in 2002, broker in 2012 and obtained her license in Florida in 2023 and focuses exclusively on The Villages. She specializes in the purchase and sale of second homes and has represented both buyers and sellers of residential and mixed-use properties as well as build-able land.

Sara obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, Rhode Island and her background includes sales, marketing and project management and she offers sellers a complimentary Market Evaluation and a multi-step marketing plan. Her staging advice, professional photography and social media savvy, will position your home to stand out among the competitors.

She has also managed 4 of her own rental properties and understands many aspects of attracting tenants and how to navigate challenges.
